Sho's friends and family ran the LA Marathon on Sunday, March 9th in honor and memory of Sho. Thank you very much to all of the generous donors for your support!

The first Sho Funai scholarships were awarded to two Palos Verdes High School students, Michelle Kagei and Daisy Chaussee. Congratulations Michelle and Daisy!

Palos Verdes High School has renamed its annual physics award the Sho Funai Physics Award. On May 22nd, physics teacher James Warren announced Sam Dupas as the recipient of the innagural Sho Funai Physics Award.

Clark Uemura, Sho's friend from middle school, organized a marathon fundraiser to honor Sho and raise funds for the foundation. In less than one month, Clark raised over $5,000 from 54 donors. Thank you Clark and everyone else who contributed. We are honored.
Oh, and by the way, Clark successfully completed the LA Marathon yesterday for the third year in a row!
